Toxic people and toxic behaviour is becoming a massive topic of conversation online in the last year or so, research suggest there are between 500 and 600 million diagnosed narcissists in the world, all hell bent on making innocent peoples lives a misery.

I'm so glad I've been attacked in the past by so many of these sad little insecure idiots because now I'm becoming an expert in the subject and it will most likely drive them all insane. They know what they've done, everything they've done is REAL, all of it can be proved.

Icing on the cake, it's a huge money spinner on youtube and all the social media sites. Toxic people and all their nasty tactics are a monster online industry now.

Even laws are changing to prosecute them and imprison them. Imagine if you've made your partners life a living hell for decades and all of a sudden he/she realises they can get their life back on track just by telling the truth. Every bit of evidence like bank records and work details, pension details is there in black and white.

The years of pain you have dished out will come back in spades. It's called Karma.
