Toxic people / narcissists lie all the time and believe their own lies. I know my toxic family member will telling everyone that listens to him all sorts of lies about me.

By ignoring what he does, his (my) family have become a pack of enablers, I have become the narcs scapegoat.

NEVER FORGET, when you told me, "you will have to visit when he is away" you gave me no choice but to leave.

As a brother, son and uncle YOU all exiled me, and get this, you ALL did me the biggest favour. I now live in my idea of heaven, tropical weather 365 days a year, sun, sea and fantastic food every day of the year. No traffic, heating bills, life is a dream here.

I wake up every day with the biggest smile on my face.

I would love you ALL and miss the family occasions and holidays, it is NOT my fault but yours, but you all now that. You can change it, I did my best.

Another crappy day in paradise. I'm off for my daily 5 to 10 mile walk, an hour or two swimming then back to do a few more hours surfing the web. January 19th, 9am, 28c and the sea is about 23c.
