If life throws bad stuff at you, throw it back & move on
My new life in Vietnam is mind blowingly good and far better in so many ways I could have dreamed about
The choice and quality of food here is so amazing, I had a whole lobster dinner fresh from a tank for under £5 yesterday. Lobster and chips for the price of a crappy burger in the UK. The seafood here is everywhere and cooked from live in front of you. I walk or get taxis everywhere. I live in shorts a vest and cloggies.
My local fresh market is 2 minutes walk away and is packed with wonderful exotic food 7 days a week, even my local 24/7 supermarket three doors away is crammed full of interesting new foods to eat. I haven't even scratched the surface of exciting new things to do and eat yet, even after a year here.
The 20 mile long sandy beach is 300 metres away, the sea is 80 to 100f all year, that short walk to the beach takes me past at least 20 eating and coffee places too.
Life in my idea of paradise is never boring.
