If you have a family member who is a toxic person or narcissist, OUT / EXPOSE them early or they will ruin your family for generations to come.

It's clear to me my own family have no clue who or what I am and what my values are, if I sound angry it's because I am, hence this sorta blog.

The best thing I ever did for myself was to finally walk away from all the lying and secrets that goes on around toxic people. You cannot trust a single word that comes from the people you love and thought they loved you once they are all being controlled.

They just lie or stay quiet to keep the "PEACE" because god forbid if the toxic person ever finds out you spoke out of turn.

Message to my toxic stalkers, life here is incredible, I started at 4am, busy with a new idea that I'm an expert on, ate a ton of superfoods then did 3.5 hour workout in the sea. I met and swapped details with a super interesting guy who's been out here nearly 8 years, we have so much in common it's uncanny.

Just off out again for a super healthy, freshly cooked dinner.
